The Parker Promise also guarantees 100% satisfaction for our entire product line. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, contact your local representative or Customer Service and we will return your product in full. The only exclusion on returns includes product that is discontinued, or expired.
- All returns must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. A Return Good Authorization Number (RGA#) must be issued before any credit can be approved. Please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-677-2673.
- Merchandise returned within 30 days of invoice –100% credit.
- Merchandise returned within 60 days of invoice—15% restocking fee applies.
- Merchandise returned within 90 days of invoice—25% restocking fee applies.
- Special order items, discontinued items or merchandise invoiced after 90 days will not be accepted. Defective merchandise within 90 days of invoice will receive 100% credit.
